Top Corporate College Scholarships in the Philippines

Surely, going into your dream school is not always easy especially if you don’t have enough resources to pay for tuition fee and other miscellaneous school fees. Luckily, there are numerous institutions and government agencies that believe in the value of education and these groups work hand in hand in bringing education opportunities for everyone. Moreover, a lot of companies dedicate foundations and their CSR (corporate social responsibility) departments to sponsor deserving students in achieving their dreams.

If you are looking for available student aids that you can apply to, here’s a list of corporate college scholarships in the Philippines that you can try now.

Aboitiz College Scholarship Program

If you are eyeing a college degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business, Management, Finance, Information Technology, Communication or Social Sciences, the Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. offers the Aboitiz College Scholarship Program. It covers tuition fees and other miscellaneous expenses such as transportation and book fees. Once granted, the financial aid is renewable every semester, provided that the student maintains a GPA requirement of 85% or its equivalent.

Cebuana Lhuillier Customers Scholarship

Continuing its decades of service, Cebuana Lhuillier grants financial assistance to Cebuana customers or their siblings, spouse, or children. Ten students from 8 business regions in the country will receive a Php 10,000 per semester or Php 20,000 per year. Applicants are required to have at least 85% GWA from the last school that the applicant has attended, with no failing marks.

Lamudi Philippines Undergraduate Scholarship Program

Lamudi is a global estate company in the Philippines that offers a Php 20,000 worth of assistance every semester for one exemplary 3rd-year or 4th-year college student. You can also have a chance for a paid internship at the Lamudi Philippines. To apply, you need to have a minimum of 2.25 GWA from your freshman year to the present.

Project Ace Scholarship Program

Interested in taking a technical-vocational course? The Jollibee Group Foundation offers the Project ACE (Improving Access, Curriculum and Employability) program. You can have the chance to study tech-voc courses such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Mechatronics Servicing NC II, Agro-Mechanics NC II, Agribusiness NC II, Agro-Mechanics NC II, Small Engine Servicing NC II, Agricultural Entrepreneurship NC II, and Electrical Technology NC II in any Don Bosco Technical College partner schools.

Iskolar ni Juan

The Gokongwei Brothers Foundation (GBF) and Universal Robina Corporation (URC) have partnered to offer Iskolar ni Juan, a scholarship program dedicated to incoming Filipino college students from underprivileged communities with good academic records. Iskolar ni Juan beneficiaries will have access to technical-vocational trainings under the TESDA-registered GBF Technical Courses. Once done, scholars can get a National Certificate Level II to have a chance to work at the URC facilities.

Walk with Scholars College Scholarship

This scholarship founded in collaboration with Terry S.A. and ICTSI Foundation, Inc. is open to incoming senior high school students of Jose Abad Santos National High School, Raja Soliman Science and Technology High School, Bauan Technical High School and Olongapo City National High School. The beneficiaries will receive allowances for meals, transportation, school uniform, shoes, books, projects, and other miscellaneous fees.  

Lifebank Foundation Scholarship

Lifebank, a microfinance institution in the country, provides financial assistance programs for its members. This includes tuition fees, semestral stipends, and other authorized expenses. The scholarship also equips students with leadership skills through summer youth camps and trainings. Dependents of LBF’s Ikabuhi Microfinance Program clients are eligible to apply for the program.

Wedu Rising Star Leadership Development Program

Want to harness your leadership skills and work towards a positive social change? Wedu Rising Stars can help you achieve that through its Leadership Development Program. The program provides learning materials and mentorship for its selected members. You also have a chance to be part of the Future Income Sharing Agreements (FISAs) that provides up to 5,000 USD and limited scholarships of up to 3,000 USD per Rising Star.

APMC Enrollment to Employment Program

APMC Enrollment to Employment Program is a product of Ayala Foundation Inc. and Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) that provide assistance to qualified graduating students currently taking up Engineering or Architecture. Deserving students can also have career opportunities at APMC or at Prime Support Services, Inc. (PSSI), after they graduate.

PHINMA National Scholarship

Get a chance to have a 100%  financial assistance, Php 3,000.00 monthly allowance, Php 2,000.00 book allowance, and a whole lot more through PHINMA National Scholarship. PHINMA is a real estate company that provides education opportunities all over the country. Scholars also receive mentoring from PHINMA through the Big Brother and Big Sister Program (BBBS).
