The following may be eligible to apply for the PHINMA National Scholarship Program:

● A Filipino citizen

● Has been accepted to the following universities: Philippine Normal University and University of the Philippines Diliman

● In need of financial assistance (with supporting documents)

● Does not have an immediate relative under the PNS scholarship or an alumni of PNS Qualified applicants must go through the selection process.

The scholarship is awarded to students enrolled in the following schools and courses:

Philippine Normal University Education degree with specialization in the fields of:

● English

● Filipino

● Mathematics

● Science

● Social Science

● Early Childhood

● Information Technology Education

University of the Philippines – Diliman

● Electrical Engineering

● Mechanical Engineering

● Civil Engineering

● Industrial Engineering

● Electronics and Communications Engineering

● Business Administration and Accountancy 

● Online application form

● Scanned copy: Income Tax Return / BIR Form 2316 of parents (If parents are unemployed, submit a certificate of non-filing of ITR)

● Scanned copy: Most recent transcript of grades

1. Apply for the entrance exam for freshmen and qualifying exam for transferees.
2. Proceed to the College Dean’s Office for an interview.
3. After the interview, pay the necessary fees at the Cashier.
4. Present the proof of payment to the Dean of the College for the scheduling of the entrance examination/qualifying examination.
5. After passing the entrance examination, proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the enlistment of the subjects to be taken during the semester.
6. After paying the fees and enlistment of subjects, you will be officially enrolled.
7. Get a copy of your registration form which shows all the subjects that you will need to take during the semester/trimester.
