Blue Horizon Maritime Training Center, Inc. (BHMTC) is a TESDA- accredited training institute located in Binondo, Manila. The training center aims to provide job-related knowledge to develop the technical skills of Filipino seafarers in agreement with international maritime standards.
BHMTC offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs with short courses under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) which equips the students with technical skills. Aside from this, they can also earn a National Certificate (NC) which they can use for employment.
