Requirements
- Graduates of Department of Education accredited high school
- High school seniors (grade 12, depending on the educational system that the school follows) expecting to graduate by the end of the school year
- High school students who have not taken any college work and hold Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) certificate indicating eligibility for admission to college
- Transfer-student-applicants from other universities/colleges who are willing to start again as freshman without any failed or dropped subjects.
- Filipinos who have graduated from secondary schools abroad
- Foreign applicants who are graduating or have graduated from a high school or its equivalent abroad
- Two (2) 2x 2 recent, identical color pictures with white background (with printed name tag in front and signature at the back)
- Recommendation letter from the Class Adviser (Please use DLSL Form)
- Certified True Copy of Grade 11 Report Card
- Photocopy of NSO/PSA certified Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral
- Photocopy of the College Scholastic Aptitude Test results (if CSAT Passer)
- Photocopy of complete scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in the applicant’s country of origin and Diploma. The grading system should be clearly stated in the transcript. If these records are written in a foreign language other than English, complete and official English translations must be submitted. (Filipino Citizen from Philippine/International Schools). Please present the original documents.
- Photocopy of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) certificate indicating eligibility for admission to college (if PEPT qualifier)
- Photocopy of NSO certified Marriage Certificate duly signed by a priest/minister (if married)
Filipinos graduated from international schools
- Original copy of Philippine Educational Placement Test certificate indicating eligibility for admission to college (if PEPT qualifier)
- Two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest/minister (if married)
Additional Requirements for BS Nursing Applicants:
- Average of at least 80 indicated on the DLSL HS Grade Form
- Have met the cut-off score in the admission test or have met at least 60 percentile rank in CSAT
- Be physically healthy as attested to by the medical examination clearance from a tertiary hospital (Chest X-ray, Blood Test for Hepatitis B HBsAG Eliza Method, Physical Examination)
Additional Requirements for BS Accountancy Applicants:
- Average of at least 85 indicated on the DLSL HS Grade Form
- Have met the cut-off score in the admission test or have met at least 60 percentile rank in CSAT
*Applicants who fail to enroll on the scheduled date of enrollment will automatically forfeit their slots in favor of waitlisted applicants.
*Any falsification of documents submitted constitutes grounds for disqualification.
College of Law
- Properly accomplished application form
- Two (2) certified true copies of college diploma
- Certifies true copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Three (3) 2×2 recent, identical colored pictures with white background (with printed name and signature written at the back)
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from former undergraduate or graduate professors or employers who could attest to the applicants qualification for the Law Program
- Curriculum Vitae or Resume
- A certified true copy of marriage certificate from NSO (if married)
- Graduates or holders of any Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from an institution duly recognize by CHED and should have earned 12 units of English, 6 units of Mathematics and 21 units of Social Science courses (Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, History, Literature).
- GPA of at least 80 or its equivalent
- De La Salle Lipa college of Law Admissions Test (DCLAT).
- Panel interview with the Dean, Vice Dean and Corps of Professors
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from former undergraduate or graduate professors or employers who could attest to the applicants qualification for the Law Program
Procedures
- Visit the De La Salle Lipa website for the downloadable forms (www.dlsl.edu.ph)
- Proceed to the Institutional Admissions & Testing Office (IATO) and present the application form together with the other requirements.
- Pay the corresponding admission processing fee at the Cashier’s Office (please secure payment slip at the IATO). This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Present the official receipt to the IATO to secure admissions test permit. For CSAT qualifiers, exempted in the admission test, submit the completed requirements anytime during office hours. (Incomplete requirements will not be processed.)
- Take the admission test on the scheduled date. Present the test permit to the proctor. Applicants must be at the designated room at least 30 minutes earlier. Late examinees will not be allowed to take the DLSL Admissions Test and the test permit must be presented to the proctor for rescheduling.
- The applicant may inquire from the Institutional Admissions & Testing Office the status of his/her application on the date stated in the claim stub given to each examinee. Results of the DAT will be communicated through the applicant’s email address.
*Interview/s may be required based on the admission test results or on the credentials submitted. (Please refer to the procedure below)
