Requirements and Procedure
- Register at aims1.eac.edu.ph/eaccvt/applicants
- Fill up the EAC Senior High School application form using your Family Name first and then your Given Name. Please use your complete name.
- Email the accomplished application and photos or scanned files of the following documents to admission_cavite@eac.edu.ph:
- Certificate of JHS Completion
- Junior High School Report Card (Form 138)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) or ESC Certification from JHS Principal (for ESC grantee only)
- 2x2 colored ID picture with white background
- Copy of your Grade 10 School ID (front and back)
- Complete and send the undertaking form and wavier form to formally pledge the email submission of complete requirements and submission of original documents to the Admissions Office by a specified date.
- Wait for evaluation and confirmation to enroll.
- Pay the down payment fee of Php1000 within 7 working days to validate enrollment to one of the following accounts:

- Send a scan or a picture copy of your deposit slip or receipt for the down payment and send it to admission_cavite@eac.edu.ph
- Your official student ID number, registration form, and the school calendar for 2020-2021 will be sent to your email once proof of payment is received.
