Requirements

Freshmen
 
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age from the date of application Applicants below eighteen (18) may be admitted if, and only if, he/she has presented proof that he/she has completed and graduated from his/her secondary education.
• Student’s Passport 3 copies per page with entries, especially: Date and Place of Birth, Visa Status, Authorized Stay, Passport No. and Expiration Date.
• FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT Fee - PhP 300.00)
• 2x2 Pictures with Name Tag (3 pieces)
• Application Letter Addressed to the Admissions Officer
• Student’s Personal History Statement (6 copies)
• Certificate or its equivalent
 
• of Records / Scholastic Records
• School Diploma
• of Good Moral Character
 
• Notarized Affidavit of Support including Bank Statements, or Notarized Grant for Institutional Scholars, to cover student’s accommodation expenses
• Settlement of Foreigner’s Acceptance Fee (PhP 4,500.00) after enrollment

> Application Phase 
  1. Fill-in Inquiry Table Maintenance 
  2. Tour FEATI campus facilities with designated CSA tour guide
  3. Fill-in Consultation sheet
> Testing Phase 
  1. Pay FCAT fee at the Cashier
  2. Take the FCAT at the Admission Office Testing Center
> Registration or Pro-forma Phase SRAA (Student Registration/Advising/Assessment)
  1. Proceed to a computer workstation after receiving your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  2. Log in with the Username and default password given to you
  3. Fill up all necessary information in the electronic registration form;
  4. Choose your subjects and class schedules; and get an assessment of your fees. If you need help, request assistance from an office staff.
  5. When done, get a hard copy of your registration form.
  6. Proceed to the Cashier.
Step 2. Payment

> At the Cashier, pay the fee based on the assessment form.
> Get a copy of the electronic pro-forma and the machine-validated receipt.
> Proceed to Registrar.

Step 3.  Registrar
> Sign your official registration copy. You are officially enrolled.
> Get your file copy of the registration form.

B. TRANSFEREES – Students from other colleges or universities

Step 1. Admission

It was first named as the Far Eastern Aeronautics School when it was established in 1946 after they closed the FEATI Airline Company, the first local airline company.
