Initao College (IC) is a public college in Misamis Oriental. It was established in 2003 to provide residents of the municipality access to higher education, preparing students with the competencies necessary in both the local and global industries. Currently, Initao College offers CHED-recognized undergraduate programs in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, and Elementary Education. The college is also in the process of having new degree offerings in Tourism and in Criminology.

As of 2018, ICians, as the students are called, has been taking up their courses for free, as Initao College is covered by the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act.
