The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (formerly Hotel and Restaurant Management or HRM) is a four-year degree program that prepares students on the overall management of hotel, restaurant, and resort operations. This program is in line with the business and entrepreneurial side of managing a specific hospitality industry.

A graduate of this program can work as a Commis, as a Restaurant Supervisor, as a Catering Manager, or as a Resort Operations Manager.
