Messiah College Foundation, Inc. is a private, Christian college in Mandaluyong. It was founded by Mr. Bob and Dr. Marlyn Del Rosario, who were faculty members of the International School of Theology–Asia (ISOT-Asia). It took several years for the couple to plan for and to develop the school. It was in 2006 when Messiah College first opened for enrollment, with only eight students; however, this number multiplied to 64 after five years, manifesting how the school responds to the need for a good Christian college in the area.
Currently, Messiah College offers bachelor's degree courses in Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, Integrated Communications & Public Relations, and Intercultural Studies. The school is a member of the International Association for the Promotion of Christian Higher Education (IAPCHE); thus, as a Christian school, its programs come with a unique approach to education. It incorporates classes in Mentorship & Discipleship, which gives students time to study the Bible and the chance to conduct missions. Additionally, all members of the school are Christians. Students are supposed to be Born Again Christians for a year before enrollment, and faculty members are made sure to be active ministry members.
