ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Freshmen
  • Original copy of Form 138
  • Properly accomplished enrollment form
  • 2 copies of 2x2 recent picture in white background with name tag
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Certificate (if married women using husband’s family name)
Transferees
  • Official Transcript of Record or Certification of Grades
  • Properly accomplished enrollment form
  • 2 copies of 2x2 recent picture in white background with name tag
  • Honoral Dismissal/Permit to transfer
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Certificate (if married women using husband’s family name)

Note: For cross enrollees, students will present his/her permit to cross-enroll upon enrolment.


ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Old Students

1. Get Schedule of Classes from your Program Head.

Room Assignment:
BSCS - Faculty Rm. (1st Bldg.) see Mr. R. Batin
BSE/BEED - Faculty Rm. (CTE Bldg.) see Prof. L. Jimenez
MIDWIFERY - Faculty Rm. (1st Bldg.) see Mrs. A. Antonio
BSBA/BSOA - Faculty Rm. (2nd Floor-BSBA Bldg.) see Mrs. N. Soliven
AB - Faculty Rm. (1st Floor-Admin.Bldg.) see Mrs. M. Ibañez
BSCRIM - Faculty Rm. (Criminology Bldg.) see Ms. J. Aromin

2. Get Form 1 from your Program Head.
3. Fill up Form 1 and have it approved by your Department Chair.
4. Apply for scholarship (if scholar/grantee) at the Registrar's Office.
5. Have your fees assessed at the Registrar's Office
6. Pay your fees at the Cashier's Office.
7. Go to the Library for Library Card validation.

New Students/Transferees

1. Submit your credentials at the Registrar's Office.
2. Go to your Dean/Program Head for evaluation and get your schedule of Classes.

The North Luzon Philippines State College (NLPSC) is a public educational institution in Ilocos Sur founded in 1989 under the Republic Act 6744 as the Candon Community College (CCC) offering secretarial, midwifery, and non-degree courses. Since its establishment, the college saw expansion in its curriculum. In 2010, CCC was changed into its current name.

At present, North Luzon Philippines State College offers a wide array of programs under its Colleges of Teacher Education, Arts and Sciences, and Business Education.

The college is dedicated to providing quality learning experience to its students through its facilities including criminology laboratory and lecture rooms and tactical inspection grounds, a gymnasium with mezzanine and four classrooms, administration building, E- library, alumni center, food stall, open court for basketball, volleyball and lawn tennis, parking areas, three  two-storey academic buildings with computer laboratories and internet room.
