North Valley College Foundation, Inc. (NVCFI) is a private, higher educational institution in Kidapawan City, Cotabato. It was established in 1989 as the Babol Paramedical Institute and School of Midwifery, Inc. by Mrs. Naida S. Babol and her husband, Dr. Samel J. Babol, who wanted to put up a paramedical school to produce health workers who would be able to provide services to rural areas. The founders also had a hospital, the Babol General Hospital, which became the training institution for the students. In 1992, a BS in Nursing program opened; consequently, the school was renamed to Dr. S.J. Babol Foundation College. The following year, the college relocated from Matalam, North Cotabato to Lanao, Kidapawan City; this was the same year that the college was renamed to North Valley College Foundation, Inc.
