Opol Community College (OCC) is a government educational institution in the province of
Misamis Oriental. Established in 2011, the college commits to providing accessible and quality education that will produce skillful, competitive, and proactive graduates. With the passage of the
Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act or the free tuition law, college students enrolled in the institution can take their classes at the institution for free.
At present, OCC offers degree courses in
Teacher Education, Business Administration, and Information Technology. Also available are
TVET courses, particularly in Electrical Installation and Maintenance and Driving, for those interested in training in these skills and earning a National Certificate. Additionally, OCC has a Senior High School department providing the
HUMSS and
ABM strands.
