Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) Antipolo was founded in 2007, with the mission of providing affordable and quality education to students from Rizal and nearby areas. On its first operation in 2008, Vicente M. Santos Building was built, 10 programs were offered, and 39 faculty members and 17 non-teaching staff were employed under Mrs. Racquel Braganza's administration. The campus administration was then turned over to Engr. Wilfredo M. Basilio in 2011.

It was in 2016 when it received its PACUCOA Accreditation for 10 of its undergraduate programs: BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management, BS in Travel Management, BS in Information Technology, BS in Nursing, BS in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, BS in Medical Laboratory Sciences, BS in Psychology, Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Early Childhood Education, BS in Pharmacy, and BS in Physical Therapy. OLFU Antipolo, in the same year, was also granted by the Department of Education to offer senior high schooling for those who wish to take up ABM, GAS, HUMSS, or STEM.
