  • Certified true copy of Grade 12 report card with no grade lower than 83% at the time of application
  • Certified true copy of Grade 11 report card with the general weighted average no lower than 83% 
  • Two (2) copies of passport-sized ID pictures, standard shot, colored, with white background and computerized applicant’s name in format: Given Name, Middle Initial, Surname, and Name Extension if applicable
  • PSA copy of birth certificate
  • COMELEC certification of registration issued within six months at the time of application that the applicant is a registered voter of Valenzuela City; if the applicant is a minor, then that the parent of the applicant is a registered voter of Valenzuela.
  • Non-refundable examination and application fee of Two-Hundred and Fifty Pesos (Php 250.00)

  • Photocopy of National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) result
  • Two (2) recent, colored, passport-sized ID pictures
  • Proof of Residency (Voter’s ID, or COMELEC certification of registration that either the applicant or the parent of the applicant is a registered voter of the City of Valenzuela)
  • Non-refundable amount of Php 250.00 for the exam and application fee
  • Photocopy of NSO/PSA birth certificate

Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV) is a local public university in Valenzuela City founded on June 5, 2002. The university offers Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management, Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Elementary Education, and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Math, English, Biology, and Filipino.

After four years the university offered a new course, the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Science, and divided the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management into three major courses (Financial Management, Marketing Management and Human Resource and Personnel Management). PLV added an annex building under the City Council Resolution No. 194 Series of 2008 at Maysan Road, Malinta, Valenzuela provides more opportunities to high school graduates in Valenzuela City. The annex building houses the colleges of Business Administration, Accountancy, and Public Administration. In 2009, the university offered the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor Arts in Communication Arts.
