    • Secure list of requirements and locator number.
       
  2. Cashier
    • Pay the locator number and present the receipt to the admission center for the entrance examination.
    • Pay the enrollment kit.
       
  3. Admission Center
    • Submit validated requirement and fill out admission form for encoding of 201 file.
       
  4. Dean's Office
    • Submit the validated and signed Dean's Copy envelope. Request for validation and assessment of subjects to be enrolled.
    • FOR MARITIME ENROLLEES ONLY: Secure request for:
      • Eyesight Examination (Ishihara) for BS Marine Transportation
      • Lantern or Color Perception test for BS Marine Engineering
      • Hearing or Audiometry Examination for Marine Engineering and Transportation
    • FOR MARITIME ENROLLEES ONLY: Submit self for medical examination and get the result.
    • FOR MARITIME ENROLLEES ONLY: Present medical examination and request for validation and assessment of subjects to be enrolled.
       
  5. Cashier
    • Pay the assessed tuition fee and other fees.

    • Present receipt of payment. Get official registration form.

Perpetual Help College of Manila (PHCM) is one of the first private schools under the University of Perpetual Help JONELTA System established in 1968 at Sampaloc, Manila. The acronym stands for the founders, Dr. Jose de Guzman Tamayo and his wife, Dr. Josefina Laperal Tamayo, with the vision and mission of providing quality education. The institution initially offered program for Nursing.

Currently, Perpetual Help College of Manila is offering senior high programs with its Academic, Technical-Vocational Livelihood, Arts and Design, and Sports tracks. PHCM also has courses on Mass Communication, Computer Science, Business Administration, Occupational Therapy, and Tourism Management. They also offer courses on Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy, and Nursing.

PHCM has been recognized by the Association of Philippine Physical Therapy Students as a member school. The institution has also produced more than 90 board topnotchers in Nursing and Respiratory Therapy Licensure Examinations, among others.
