As of this date, PWU’s MSTM program has the distinction of being the only Higher Educational Institution in the country that is offering a masters degree which is wholly dedicated to the planning, development and management of the Tourism Industry. Other HEIs have their Masters Program diffused with courses in the hospitality sector, thus, defeating the purpose of achieving a higher goal of upgrading the professional knowledge, skills and competencies in the sustainable development of Philippine tourism.
