Saint Tonis College, Inc. (formerly Kalinga Christian Learning Center) is a private school in Tabuk City, Kalinga. It was founded in 1968 as the Tabuk Institute Barrio High School (TIBHS); the high school was previously a Bulanao extension of the Tabuk Insitute in Dagupan before it was managed by the United Church of Christ in the Philippines (UCCP). It was ten years later when TIBHS became independent from the Tabuk Insitute. In 1981, the school was renamed to Kalinga Christian Learning Center (KCLC) and began offering skills training and community programs. Elementary was added to its list of programs in 1994. The KCLC high school program also received accreditation in 1994, making it the first in Kalinga to be accredited. In 2004, the school opened the College of Nursing, the same year it applied for and earned its college status.
