San Pablo Seminary is a major seminary in the Diocese of Baguio. The San Pablo Major Seminary was established in 1976 to initially accommodate the Philosophy department of the Immaculate Conception Major Seminary in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. The foundation of the seminary in Baguio was also fortunate for the region of Northern Luzon for the Immaculate Conception Major Seminary was the only diocesan major seminary in the area. As years passed, the seminary grew and improved in terms of students and facilities; it even endured a massive earthquake in 1990, after which its chapel was widened and a gymnasium was built in the premises.
At present, San Pablo Seminary offers a CHED-recognized bachelor's degree program in Philosophy. With its program, the seminary has produced several recognized graduates, one of which was Rev. Fr. Liberato Ortega who became a seminary rector. It also had two Spiritual Directors and one Rector who became bishops in Northern Luzon.
