  • Two (2) photo copies of Alien Certificate Registration
  • (ACR) for Foreign students or
  • Birth Certificate/Certificate of Naturalization for Filipino students.
 
Transferees
 
  • Original copy of Certificate of Honorable dismissal,
  • Transcript of Records or certification of grades from school last attended
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from school last attended,
  • Four (4) 1 x 1 colored pictures, and
  • Three (3) 2×2 colored pictures
  • Two (2) photo copies of Alien Certificate Registration
  • (ACR) for Foreign students or
  • Birth Certificate/Certificate of Naturalization for Filipino students.
  • Old Students
  • Those previously enrolled who seek re-enrollment shall submit their clearances and the following:
     
    • Graded class cards of the previous semester
    • Evaluation for Grades from the Registrar
    • Student’s Clearance
 
Foreign Students
 
  • Foreign students are required to submit the following documents upon enrollment:
  • Original copy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Admission Issued by CHED/TESDA;
  • Original copy of Student Permit issued by CHED/TESDA;
  • Xerox copy of ACR;
  • Four (4) 1 x1 colored pictures
  • Three (3) 2×2 colored pictures
 
Reminders:
 
  • Married Female Enrollees should submit and authenticated photo copy of the marriage certificate in addition to all other requirements.
  • Entrance Examinations. All student applicant including transferees are further required to take and pass the Entrance Examination administered by the Guidance Office as additional requirement for admission.
  • Veterans Benefits. Students entitled to Philippine Veterans Administration educational benefits are required to present eligibility certificate for the sponsoring agency in addition to the basic credentials.
  • Students enrolled in any accredited Pre-Need scholarship insurance agencies are required to present a certificate from the insurance company in addition to the basic credentials.

St. John Technological College of the Philippines (SJTCP) is an educational and training institution founded in 1989. Back then, the institution was known as the St. John Institute of Technology, a training school that was built to provide basic craftsmanship and technical training courses for its students as a response to the growing need of industries and business establishments in the area of Novaliches.
 
SJTCP aims to produce competent graduates through its Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, and Technical - Vocational courses. The school also offers 60-hour courses conducted every Saturday. This program includes courses in Autocad, Automotive Tune-Up, Trouble Shooting, Automotive, etc.
