SHS
  • Photocopy of Grade 12's Report Card or its equivalent
  • Recommendation Form filled out by Senior High School Guidance Counselor

  • Two 2" X 2" Color ID Photos (White Background)

International Students
  • Transcript of Records (or anything alike) authenticated at the Philippine Embassy in the Philippines.
  • Senior High School Diploma or equivalent authenticated at Philippine Embassy in applicant's country of origin or applicant's embassy in the Philippines.
  • Recommendation Form filled out bt Senior High School Guidance Counselor.
  • Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate.
  • Photocopy of two (2) valid government issued I.D.s (Example: Passport, Driver's License, National Identification Card).
  • Two 2" X 2" Color ID Photos (White Background)


Procedures
  1. Register here. Registration form must be filled out completely including the applicant’s current school, home address, contact numbers and email address.
  2. Examination
  3. Fill out Application form
  4. Upon submission of complete requirements, the applicant will be interviewed by an officer(s) of the Admissions and Academics Department.
    An online interview is an option for applicants not able to visit the school, however an email has to be sent to us to notify us of your unavailability to show up and the reason behind it. Initially, electronic copies of requirements may be passed via email to admissions@tmtc.edu.ph. However, the applicant must be able to eventually pass the original requirements before enrollment.
  5. An additional screen test will be required for applicants particularly for the Journalism Program.
  6. Upon acceptance, the applicant may pay a non-refundable fee amounting to Php 5,000.00 to reserve his/her slot for the upcoming semester.

The Manila Times College (TMTC) was founded by Dr. Dante A. Ang in 2002. It is the only school ran by professional journalists and the first mass media institution in the country to support a full-fledged three-year baccalaureate program.

TMTC Manila offers an undergraduate program in Journalism and courses on English proficiency and Print and Broadcast (TV and Radio) Special Training. Students will have the benefit of having free and unlimited access to the editorial and production facilities of The Manila Times newspaper.
