University of Virginia (UVA) is a public educational institution in the
United States. It was founded in 1819 by former US President Thomas Jefferson, who envisioned the university to advance human knowledge, educate leaders, and create and informed citizenry.

undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs: Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, College and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Curry School of Education and Human Development, Darden School of Business, Mcintire School of Commerce, School of Architecture, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, School of Engineering and Applied Science, School of Law, School of Medicine, and School of Nursing.
