Procedures
- Secure an Application Form from:
- the APC website;
- APC Admissions Office; or,
- through the Admissions Counsellor during a school visit.
Submit Application Form:
- Online;
- directly to APC; or,
- through its representative during a school visit.
- Submit the following documents with the Application Form to the APC Admissions Office:
- 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Original Copy of High School Report Card
- Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
For ALS Graduates, submit the following documents with the Application Form to the APC Admissions Office:
- 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Original Copy of Accreditation & Equivalency Test Rating
- Original Copy of Certification from the ALS supervisor
- Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
For online applicants, bring the same documents listed above on the day of the exam.
