Cor Jesu College (CJC), Inc. is a private, Catholic institution in
Digos, Davao del Sur. It was founded in 1959 and is managed by the
Brothers of the Sacred Heart. The school had its beginnings when three Brothers of the Sacred Heart became part of the new administrators for the
Boys' Department of the Holy Cross Academy of Digos, which was under the Religious of the Virgin Mary Sisters (RVM). In 1962, after relocating to a new campus, the Boys' Department was renamed
Holy Cross College of Digos (HCCD). The college in its first few years offered programs related to Liberal Arts, Commerce, and Teacher Education.
CJC offers the complete K-12 program and various undergraduate and graduate programs. The Senior High School department offers the
Academic and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks. For college students, there are available courses under four departments:
Accountancy, Business, and Entrepreneurship, Education, Arts, and Sciences; Health Sciences; and,
Engineering and Technology. There is also
Law department offering
Bachelor of Laws and a
graduate department offering a degree program in
Midwifery.
