San Pedro College (SPC) is a private, Catholic educational institution located in
Davao City. It was established by the
Dominican Sisters of the Trinity in 1956. It first operated as a
nursing school of the San Pedro Hospital, one of the first Catholic hospitals in Mindanao. Years after its foundation, it began opening various programs, including graduate programs. By 1973, the school received government approval to operate as San Pedro College.
SPC currently offers undergraduate programs covering areas in
Medical Laboratory Science, Arts and Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and
Business Administration. The school also provide graduate programs including Nursing, Guidance and Counselling, and Industrial Counselling. Aside from its undergraduate and graduate programs, the school also has its Senior High School (SHS) department that offers the Academic track and its respective tracks. Junior High School graduates can choose between the General Academic Strand (
GAS), Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (
STEM), Humanities and Social Sciences (
HUMSS), and Accountancy, Business, and Management (
ABM) for their SHS strands.
